How much does a Fertility MOT cost?

 

Full Fertility MOT (blood tests, semen analysis, infection screen transvaginal ultrasound and HYCOSY* and a written report) £925

Fertility MOT as above without semen analysis £825

Fertility MOT stand-alone initial consultation (40 min) £190

Fertility MOT follow up consultation (30 mins)  £150

In order to confirm your booking we require a £120 booking fee. This is redeemable against the price of your Fertility MOT.

We would expect that the questionnaire will take about 30 minutes for you to complete, and you may be contacted by email or phone to clarify some of the details.

The cost of having your blood samples taken at our centres is included in the price. If you are not having your bloods taken at one of our centres then you may incur an additional phlebotomy charge.

Once you have provided us with all your information, we will arrange for your nearest clinic to contact you to arrange a convenient time for your consultation, which should be in the first half of your cycle. If you have an irregular cycle, we will discuss a suitable date depending on your specific cycle (do not worry if your cycle is highly irregular, as we can still undertake all the necessary tests).

The consultation may take up to an hour.

*HYCOSY will only be carried out if there are no risk factors and is clinically possible.
